Does It Hard to Clean?
I love this lounger. My baby seems to be very comfortable with it, it’s one of our most used items!
However, cleaning it is difficult since the cover is not removable. After a particularly terrible “blow out” I washed it in the washing machine in delicate and dried it on low in the dryer as instructed. It held up fine but the stain will remain forever. For such a product, the cover should be more like the waterproof and easy to clean covers for the boppy pillows.
The Pillow or The Newborn Lounger?

My Final Words – Boppy Original Newborn Lounger Review
The product is amazing. It’s super cute, comfy, and very nice to use it. As far as having it on your lap while feeding your baby I think it would be too big.
Yes, I think it would be great for infant massage. It is a nice, comfy cushion. I also put my infant prone on the pillow to help with tummy time. All done under the supervision of course.
I love it for my little one. Imagine a Bobby pillow that goes all the way around. The dock a tot looks longer than this one, so you might get more use out of that one. Also, this will keep the baby propped up, which was great for us dealing with reflux.
Amazon also has an original Boppy for breastfeeding, but this infant pillow is so helpful!!! Especially if you have a baby that likes being on their side.
When the baby outgrows the Newborn Lounger pass it to your pet. Then you can donate it to an accepting animal shelter for a second life.
